° 240 g of biscuits or adulation biscuits
° 120g unsalted melted adulation
Strawberry sauce
° 200g fresh or frozen strawberries
° 1 – 2tbsp. powdered sugar
Cheesecake
° 600 g of Philadelphia type cream rubbish
° 220g caster sugar
° 4 eggs at room temperature
° 2tbsp. characterless coffee
° 200 g fresh cream
° ½ fresh bomb juice –approx. 30g
Manual whipped cream
° 200 ml full cream, cold
° 2tbsp. icing sugar
° Strawberries to embellish
INSTRUCTIONS
Cookie base
Preheat the roaster to 180 °C and line the bottom of a 20 cm springform visage with diploma paper.
Blend the biscuits in a food processor until a fine greasepaint is attained, also place them in a large coliseum.
Melt the adulation in the microwave oven or in a saucepan and pour it into the coliseum containing the powdered biscuits and mix until you gain a homogeneous admixture.
Invert the admixture into the springform visage and pack the medication with the reverse of a teaspoon and the bottom of a glass to have a subcaste of biscuit that rises a little on the edges.
Singe for 10 twinkles also let cool fully.
Strawberry sauce
Place the strawberries in a saucepan with the powdered sugar and heat over medium heat for 10- 15 twinkles until pureed.
