Chili verde!

Chuck roast
1/2 Onion
2 cloves garlic
I use the spiciest chiles I can get (several)
2-3 tomatoes
Adobo seasoning
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 cup water
4 serrano peppers
Will thicken as it cooks/sets

Learned this from my mother in-law. Simple and very good in a burrito with beans and cheese!
