WOULD YOU EAT Mexican Street sludge Salad ?

It’s the stylish and easiest summer salad. Taste is AMAZING.
3 mugs sludge kernels about 4 cognizance, cut from the cob
2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon bomb or lime juice
1 small red onion finely minced
2 Teaspoon cotija or queso triptych or feta rubbish atrophied
½ tablespoon( Chile lime seasoning or Tajin seasoning or red pepper flakes)
½ mug sprinkle cilantro leaves diced voluntary
1 jalapeno planted and finely minced voluntary
swab and pepper to taste
Lime wedges for garnish

Cook the sludge – I prefer to cook it in Instant Pot. Put 1 mug of water in Instant Pot. Place the steamer in the main pot and arrange the sludge on the cob.
Close the lid, articulation sealed. Press Manual high 4 mins. Let NPR for 5 mins and also release the leftover pressure. Remove from cob and set away.
Alternately, you can boil the sludge in large covered honeypot filled with boiled water for 10 twinkles. Let it cool it a bit and also remove the kernels.
