WOULD YOU EAT Greek Salad With Grilled Steak?
For Marinating the Steak
3 tbspextra-virgin olive oil painting
3 cloves garlic roughly diced
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp red wine ginger
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¾ tsp Kosher swab
½ tsp black pepper lately base
1 lb skirt steak or delirium, or ribeye
For Marinating the rubbish
8 oz feta rubbish atrophied
3 tbspextra-virgin olive oil painting
2 tbsp red wine ginger
1 tbsp oregano dried
¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
½ tsp Kosher swab
¼ tsp black pepper lately base
For the Salad
2 tbsp fresh flat- splint parsley diced
1 medium cucumber halved, seeds removed and roughly diced
mug cherry tomatoes halved
12.75 oz knaveries drained, about ½ mug
½ mug Kalamata olives leveled , halved
½ mug red onion diced
2 mugs Romaine lettuce diced
Marinate the Steak
In a medium coliseum, whisk together 3 soupspoons of the oil painting with the garlic, oregano, ginger, Worcestershire sauce, swab, and pepper. Place the steak in a large plastic baggie, or in a small baking dish. Pour the condiment over the steak and turn the meat until it’s completely carpeted.
