CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY SUNDAE
1 quart strawberry ice cream
chocolate covered strawberries for garnish
FOR THE ROASTED STRAWBERRIES
2 mug whole strawberries peeled
mug granulated sugar
1 tablespoon bomb juice
FOR THE CHOCOLATE SHELL
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate diced
mug coconut oil painting meliorated( not virgin)
3 soupspoons light sludge saccharinity
Preheat roaster to 375 degrees. Add whole strawberries to a large coliseum with sugar and bomb juice. Toss to combine. Add to a square baking dish. Singe for 15 twinkles. Remove from roaster and let cool slightly.
While strawberries are riding, make chocolate shell. Add diced chocolate, coconut oil painting, and sludge saccharinity to a small coliseum. Microwave oven on high for 20 seconds. Remove and stir. Microwave oven for 15 further seconds. Stir to smooth.
Once condiments are ready, it’s time to assemble the sundaes. Add1/4 mug strawberries to bottom of sundae coliseum. Add1/2 mug to 1 mug of ice cream. Top with 2 soupspoons of chocolate shell and watch it harden as it cools. Garnish with a chocolate
