▢ 1 mug Buttermilk
▢ 4 boneless funk bone
▢ 2 ladles taco seasoning
▢ swab and pepper
▢ 10 ounces Ro- Tel tomatoes and chilies
▢ 1 mug queso
▢ 1 mug pepper jack and cheddar rubbish tattered
Place funk in ziplock bag with buttermilk and let sit overnight or at least for 30 twinkles. Drain, and stroke dry.
Preheat roaster to 375º.
Sprinkle Funk with taco season and swab and pepper. Place in a glass baking dish.
Drain tomatoes and chilies and place half on funk, cover with queso and place the rest of the tomatoes on top. Cover with grated rubbish admixture.
Singe for 25- 30 twinkles, until instant thermometer reads 155º. They will continue to cook formerly removed from the roaster.
For tender funk marinate in buttermilk for 30 twinkles
still, hash fresh tomatoes and a jalapeno
If you do n’t have Ro- tel tomatoes.You can find queso in the refrigerated section of the grocery or on the potato chip aisle
This is great served over rice.
