GARLIC Adulation SHRIMP PASTA
constituents
8 ounces fettuccine
1 pound medium shrimp, hulled and deveined
Kosher swab and lately base black pepper, to taste
soupspoons( 1 stick) unsalted adulation, divided
cloves garlic, diced
/ 2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 mugs baby arugula
mug lately grated Parmesan
2 soupspoons diced fresh parsley leaves
DIRECTIONS
In a large pot of boiling interspersed water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
Season shrimp with swab and pepper, to taste; set away. Melt 2 soupspoons adulation in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes, and cook, stirring constantly, until ambrosial, about 1- 2 twinkles.
Add shrimp and chef, stirring sometimes, until pink, about 2- 3 twinkles; set away.
Melt the remaining 6 soupspoons adulation in the skillet. Stir in pasta, arugula, and Parmesan until arugula begins to wilt, about 2 twinkles. Stir in shrimp.
