Garlic Adulation Grilled Steak & Shrimp!

4 cloves garlic,( or 1 teaspoon diced garlic)
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, diced
teaspoon olive oil painting
4 New York Steak strip steaks( Porterhouse steaks)
swab and pepper
8 ounces( 250 g) shrimp deveined, tails on or off
soupspoons unsalted adulation, divided

Mix together Adulation, garlic, and fresh diced parsley. Chill until ready to use. toast a large caff
over high heat. smoothly grease caff
plates with oil painting. Pat steaks dry with a paper kerchief. Encounter smoothly with oil painting and freehandedly season with swab and pepper. Grill steaks for 4- 5 twinkles on each side until browned and cooked to asked doneness. Spread half of the adulation each over of steaks. Transfer steaks to a warm plate and let rest for 5 twinkles. While steaks are resting, melt the remaining adulation. Season shrimp with swab and pepper. Reduce heat to medium and caff
your shrimp for 5- 6 twinkles, depending not the size and consistence of your shrimp. Flip each one halfway through chef time and continue cooking until they turn nice and pink in color while white and opaque on the inside. Toss remaining adulation through shrimp and serve with steak!
