Grinder Salad Sandwich
6 inch birthstone of choice
1/4 mug mayonnaise
1 teaspoon white wine ginger or red wine ginger
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
garlic clove, diced( I used shallot)
1 tablespoon oregano
ocean swab and pepper to taste
1 bunch icicle or romaine lettuce, diced
soupspoons pepperoncinis, diced
3 pieces salami
3 pieces prosciutto
2 pieces cold cut lemon
2 pieces rubbish of choice( I used pepper jack because it’s all I had)
1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
Add the mayo, ginger, mustard, garlic, oregano swab and pepper to a small coliseum also mix in the lettuce and the pepperoncinis and set away.
Slice the birthstone in half lengthwise and add the flesh to one side and the rubbish to the other piece of chuck
Warm in roaster at 350 degrees for 5 twinkles. Remove from heat and add the lettuce admixture on top of the meat and add the chuck
with the rubbish on top to sandwich. Cut and enjoy while fresh out of the roaster
