Chocolate Swiss Roll form
1/ 2cup castor sugar
1tsp caramel substance
1/ 4cup flour
1/ 4cup Dutch cocoa greasepaint
1tsp baking greasepaint
Beat eggs add caramel substance also add the sugar beat until light and ethereal.
Sift all dry constituents 3x also add to egg admixture.
Singe at 180deg for 8 min or until done.
1 arbor chocolate plain Cadbury
Make a Ganache this quantum was enough for my swissroll.
Fill swissroll with whipped fresh cream and top with ganache and grated chocolate.
