Crisp Adulation Ignited Chicken
2 large eggs, beaten
mug Ritz cracker motes
1/2 tablespoon garlic greasepaint
4 boneless skinless funk guts
mug adulation, sliced
Kosher swab and lately base black pepper, to taste
Preheat roaster to 375 °F.
Place eggs in a shallow dish. Add cracker motes, garlic greasepaint, swab and pepper into a separate shallow dish and stir to combine.
Dip funk in beaten eggs, and also comb in cracker motes, pressing admixture into the meat.
Place Funk in a baking dish and top each bone with a slice of adulation. Singe until golden brown, about 30 twinkles. Enjoy!
