Constituents for 4 jam jars
500g strawberries
500g sugar
the juice of half a bomb

Strawberry jam
In a saucepan, pour the strawberries preliminarily peeled and gutted with plenitude of water. And add the powdered sugar.
Squeeze the bomb juice using a bomb squeezer.
Add Bomb juice to strawberries and sugar.
Mix all the constituents with a spatula.
Heat over medium heat.
until boiling.
Poach for 1 hour.
At the end of cuisine, pour the boiling strawberry jam into glass jars. Close the jars with the lids and turn the jars over so that they cool upside down. therefore a natural sterilization will take place inside the pot.
