Southern Fried Chicken Batter
constituents
750 g skinless funk
2 large eggs, beaten
1 mug whole milk
1 mug of vegetable oil painting
2 mugs flour
1 tbsp chilli greasepaint
1 tbsp garlic greasepaint
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp soy sauce
swab and pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1 In a medium mixing coliseum, add two large cracked eggs. Whisk until delicate.
Step 2 Pour in the milk and whisk until well amalgamated.
Step 3 In a resealable bag, add the garlic greasepaint, chilli, 2 soupspoons of swab, flour, and pepper. Shake the bag until all the constituents are well amalgamated.
Step 4 Place the funk inside the bag and shake until completely carpeted.
Step 5 Place the bag inside the fridge to marinate overnight.
Step 6 Remove the funk from the bag and dip each into the milk, soy sauce, and incipiently into the egg admixture.
Step 7 Place a skillet on the cookstove and pour in enough oil painting to submerge the funk. Allow the oil painting to bubble.
Step 8 Add the carpeted funk and cook until the colour turns golden brown.
Step 9 Place the fried funk on a clean plate lined with paper apkins to drain the redundant oil painting.
