Bacon and rubbish Stuffed Mushrooms
Mushrooms are stuffed with Parmesan, Mozzarella, Cream rubbish, Bacon bits. outgunned with finely diced green bell pepper( or green onions), and Cayenne pepper.

10 oz mushrooms( 20 small whole mushrooms)
2 oz adulation, melted
oz cream rubbish, slightly softened
Β½ mug Parmesan rubbish, tattered
ΒΌ mug Mozzarella rubbish, tattered
2 slices bacon, cooked and finely diced
ΒΌ green bell pepper, veritably finely diced
swab
cayenne pepper
paprika
fresh bomb juice, voluntary
Instructions
Preheat roaster to 400 degreesF. Grease a medium baking dish with a small quantum of adulation. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper kerchief. Precisely break off stems.
Dip all mushrooms into melted adulation to fleece the outside of the caps. You’ll have some adulation left- use it latterly to pour into the baking visage. Place mushroom caps upside down( caps side up) into the baking dish, sprinkle a little bit of swab on top, and singe for 10- 15 min to get redundant water out.
After 10- 15 twinkles, remove mushrooms from the roaster, flip them each over, draining the caps of any accumulated liquid- drain it right back into the baking dish.

Using a little ladle, fill each mushroom cap with a generous quantum of rubbish and bacon filling, slightly mounding the admixture. Arrange the mushroom caps in the same baking dish.
Sprinkle a small quantum of paprika over the rubbish stuffed mushrooms( for color, substantially). Pour any remaining adulation you have into the baking visage, not over the stuffed mushrooms directly, but in the bottom of the visage. Singe for 20 twinkles in the preheated roaster, or until the rubbish and bacon stuffed mushrooms are piping hot.
Optional Add bomb juice to the adulation in the end. Garnish mushrooms with lately minced bell pepper, diced green onions, or parsley.
