12 pieces
400 grams confection flour
, 2 tbsps sugar
1 tsp swab, ½ dry incentive
, 50 grams softened adulation
250 milliliters lukewarm milk
, 3egg thralldom confection flour( to work)
vegetable oil painting( for frying), sugar( to roll)


Mix 350 grams( roughly 2 ¾ mugs) flour with sugar, swab and incentive in a large coliseum. Add the adulation with the milk into the flour. Add the egg thralldom and mix together with the dough hook of the hand mixer at low speed for 2- 3 twinkles. also add the remaining flour and knead with hands into a smooth, suppledough.However, add redundant flour or milk to achieve the asked thickness, If necessary. Roll out the dough into about1.5 cm( roughly ½ inch) thick on a floured face. Cut out large circles of periphery 7 cm( roughly 2 ¾ elevation) and cut out a hole of about 2 cm( roughly ¾ inch) in periphery in the middle of each to make the donuts. Place the donuts on a floured face covered with a cloth and leave to rise for about 1 hour.

toast the oil painting in the deep range to 170 °C( roughly 340 °F). The Fry the donuts in portions for 2- 3 twinkles, turning formerly. Remove the donuts from the range and drain on a line rack. Roll the donuts in sugar while still hot.
