1 ½ pounds beef chuck repast trimmed and cubed into ½” pieces
½ tablespoon swab
½ tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil painting
1 onion diced

2 cloves garlic diced
6 mugs beef broth
15 ounces canned tomatoes with authorities
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 mugs potatoes cubed ½”
3 carrots sliced ½”
1 caricature celery sliced ½”
1 mug green sap cut into 1″ pieces
½ mug frozen sludge fused or canned
Instructions
Season beef with swab & pepper.
Heat olive oil painting over medium-high heat in a large pot and add beef in small batches cooking until browned, about 2 twinkles per side.
Add cooked beef back to the visage, reduce heat to medium and add onion and garlic. Cook 2 twinkles more.
Add broth, tomatoes with authorities, and Italian seasoning, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the visage. Bring to a pustule, reduce heat, and poach 45- 65 twinkles or until beef is chopstick- tender.
Add potatoes, carrots, and celery and poach 15 twinkles more. Add sap and sludge, poach 10 twinklesmore.However, they can be added before),( If you prefer softer sap.
Season with swab & pepper to taste and serve.
