Chinese Pepper Steak with Onions 🧅

For the Steak

1 lb hand steak or sirloin, thinly sliced against the grain
tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil painting
For the Stir- Fry

2 large bell peppers( red, green, or unheroic), sliced into thin strips
large onion, sliced into thin wedges
cloves garlic, diced
tbsp fresh gusto, diced

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil painting, divided
    For the Sauce mug soy sauce
    mug beef broth or water
    1 tbsp oyster sauce
    1 tbsp hoisin sauce
    1 tbsp rice ginger
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp cornstarch
    tsp black pepper
    tsp red pepper flakes( voluntary, for spice)
    For Garnish Sliced green onions
    Sesame seeds
    Instructions
    Marinate the Steak Prepare the Beef
    In a coliseum, combine the thinly sliced steak with soy sauce and cornstarch. Toss to cover unevenly.
