Ingredients:

For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Mashed Potatoes:

2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cubed potatoes and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
Add the milk and butter to the pot with the potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm.
Step 2: Cook the Garlic Butter Steak Bites

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper. Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer (you may need to cook them in batches to avoid overcrowding). Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute, or until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted.
Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Step 3: Serve

Place a generous scoop of mashed potatoes on each plate. Top with the garlic butter steak bites.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
