Cheesy Burrata Crostini with Prosciutto and Peaches
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch pieces
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- 1–2 balls of burrata cheese
- 2–3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 6–8 slices of prosciutto
- Fresh basil leaves
- Balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
- Flaky sea salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Optional: honey or hot honey drizzle
Instructions:
- Toast the bread:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil on both sides. Toast on a baking sheet for 8–10 minutes or until golden and crispy. - Assemble the crostini:
Tear the burrata gently and spoon a bit onto each toast. Add a slice or two of peach, a ribbon of prosciutto, and a basil leaf. - Finish it off:
Drizzle with balsamic glaze (and honey if you like that extra sweet hit), then sprinkle with flaky salt and cracked pepper. - Serve immediately – these beauties are best fresh when the textures and flavors pop!
You can even grill the peaches if you want more depth. Want a wine pairing for this too?
