4 lobster tails
4 tbsp adulation, divided
garlic cloves, diced
½ mug heavy cream
¼ mug grated Parmesan rubbish
1 tbsp bomb juice
1 tbsp diced fresh parsley
swab and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prep the Lobster Tails Preheat your roaster to 425 °F( 220 °C). Use kitchen shears to make a lengthwise cut at the top of each lobster shell. Precisely lift the meat out, resting it atop the shell.
Season Sprinkle swab, pepper, and a bit of melted adulation over each tail.
Singe Arrange the tails on a baking charger and cook in the roaster for 8- 10 twinkles, until the lobster is firm and opaque.
Craft the Sauce In a skillet on medium heat, melt the remaining adulation. Add garlic and sauté until it’s sweet. Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan, and let it poach until thick. Incorporate the bomb juice, and season with swab and pepper to your relish.
Finish and Serve ladle the rich garlic adulation sauce over the cooked lobster tails and trim with parsley.
