Onion Beef Fried Rice Recipe

3 mugs cooked rice( rather day-old and cold)
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
cloves garlic, diced
mug mixed vegetables( carrots etc.)
2 soupspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil painting
swab and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the rice Use cold, day-old rice for stylish results. It’s less likely to clump and will fry up nicely.
- Cook the beef Heat oil painting in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a ladle.
- Sauté aromatics Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Add vegetables Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for a many twinkles until tender-crisp.
- Combine with rice Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef and vegetables.
- Season Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil painting. Stir well to fleece the rice unevenly. Season with swab and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot Garnish with green onions or cilantro, if asked .
