Cucumber Radish Salad


Red onion
Fresh dill
Greek yogurt
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

  1. Preparation

Wash the cucumbers and radishes thoroughly under cold water.
Trim the ends of the cucumbers and radishes, then thinly slice them into rounds.
Finely chop the red onion and fresh dill.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, radishes, red onion, and fresh dill.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat evenly.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
