Baked Garlic Parmesan Shrimp

My hubby is a huge fan of shrimp and ever since I made this dish, he would keep requesting it!
Baked Garlic Parmesan Shrimp
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and olive oil.
In another bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and place them in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
Drizzle the garlic and olive oil mixture over the shrimp, tossing gently to coat.
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the shrimp, pressing down slightly to adhere.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the topping is golden brown
