No-Bake Cheesecake with a Decadent White Chocolate Twist

  • 200g Oreo cookies
  • 70g unsalted butter, melted
  • 400g cream cheese, softened
  • 200g white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60g powdered sugar
  • Fresh berries, for garnish
  1. In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until they form fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse again until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, creating an even crust. Place it in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Gradually add the melted white chocolate to the cream cheese, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and well combined.
  7. Pour the filling over the chilled Oreo crust and spread it out evenly.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries or any desired toppings.
