Honey Bun Pound Cake!


1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 10-inch bundt pan.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Alternately add dry ingredients and sour cream to the butter mix.
Combine honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans for the filling.
Layer half the batter in the pan, top with half the filling, then repeat.
Swirl with a knife, bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool, serve, and enjoy the blissful taste!
