Spinach form
constituents
1 bunch of spinach
½ onion finely diced
1 mug milk
2 tbsp cutlet flour
1 tsp diced garlic
1 tsp Knorrox stock greasepaint vegetable curry flavour
½ mug mushrooms sliced
2 tbsp adulation
swab and pepper

Steam the spinach for 2 twinkles, drain and set aside
In a large visage melt adulation, add onion and garlic, mushrooms, cook until delicate/ soft. Add in flour. Pour in the milk, stirring continuously until the white sauce becomes thick, Season with swab and pepper.
Add fumed spinach to the white sauce,, sprinkle Knorrox stock greasepaint stirring gently to combine. Enjoy!
