No-Bake Cheesecake with a Decadent White Chocolate Twist
Ingredients:
- 200g Oreo cookies
- 70g unsalted butter, melted
- 400g cream cheese, softened
- 200g white chocolate, melted and cooled
- 200ml heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 60g powdered sugar
- Fresh berries, for garnish
Directions:
- In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until they form fine crumbs. Add melted butter and pulse again until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, creating an even crust. Place it in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the melted white chocolate to the cream cheese, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the filling over the chilled Oreo crust and spread it out evenly.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh berries or any desired toppings.
