Lemon Herb Salmon and Avocado Quinoa Bowl

For the Salmon
2 salmon fillets( about 6 oz each)
Juice of 1 bomb
1 tbsp fresh dill, diced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 tbsp olive oil painting
swab and pepper, to taste
For the Quinoa Bowl
1 mug quinoa, irrigated
2 mugs water or vegetable broth
1 avocado, sliced
1 cucumber, minced
1/2 mug cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 mug baby spinach leaves
1 tbsp fresh parsley, diced( voluntary)
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced( voluntary)
For the Lemon Herb Dressing
Juice of 1 bomb
2 tbsp olive oil painting
1 tsp honey or maple saccharinity
1 clove garlic, diced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, diced
swab and pepper, to taste
