Savory Potato Flapjacks
constituents
4 large potatoes, grated
small onion, grated
eggs
mug each- purpose flour
swab and pepper to taste
tsp garlic greasepaint( voluntary)
2 tbsp vegetable oil painting
Preparation
Squeeze redundant humidity from the grated potatoes and onion.
In a coliseum, blend potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, swab, pepper,
and garlic greasepaint.
Heat oil painting in a skillet over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of the admixture into the skillet,
leveling them into flapjacks.
Cook for 3- 4 twinkles per side, until golden brown and crisp.
Drain on paper apkins and serve warm
